General Policy Overview

Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds and returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis. All payments made to CBtechnologies are subject to the terms outlined below.

Web Design & Development Services

i. Project Initiation Fees

  • Advance or project initiation payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • These fees cover consultation, planning, design concepts, and resource allocation.

ii. Project Cancellation by Client

  • If a client cancels a project before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs.
  • If cancellation occurs after development has started, no refund will be issued for work already completed.

iii. Unsatisfactory Work

  • Clients must report concerns in writing within the agreed revision or review period.
  • CBtechnologies will make reasonable efforts to correct issues according to the project scope.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction arising from changes in client preferences or scope creep.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services

Due to the nature of SEO services:

  • SEO fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Ranking fluctuations
    • Traffic changes
    • Algorithm updates by search engines
  • SEO performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

If SEO services are prepaid and canceled before the start date, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or setup costs.

Hotel Management System (HMS)

i. Software & System Deployment

  • Payments made for HMS setup, customization, or licensing are non-refundable once installation or configuration begins.
  • System demos, trials, or previews (if provided) are intended to help clients evaluate suitability before purchase.

ii. Subscription & Maintenance Fees

  • Subscription or maintenance fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice according to the agreed contract terms.

Support & Maintenance Services

  • Fees paid for support, maintenance, or technical assistance are non-refundable once services are rendered.
  • Unused support hours or plans do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Delays & Force Majeure

CBtechnologies shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by:

  • Client’s failure to provide required information or approvals
  • Internet, hosting, or third-party service interruptions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Such situations do not qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact CBtechnologies directly to resolve billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks:

  • May result in immediate service suspension
  • May incur additional administrative or legal costs

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this Refund & Return Policy must:

  • Be agreed upon in writing
  • Be signed or acknowledged by both parties

Verbal agreements are not considered valid.

Policy Changes

CBtechnologies reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website with a revised effective date.
